IT Matters – let’s talk about the things that matter in IT!
On September 21 in Warsaw, we are bringing the tech community together to talk about building more diverse, inclusive and strong teams.
The conference program includes lectures, mini-workshops and discussion panels devoted to building diverse and inclusive teams, conscious organizational culture and leadership, effective communication or conflicts resolution. We will listen to and discuss rarely discussed topics such as mental health at work or inclusion of people from the autism spectrum in the tech industry.
The essence of the event is to encourage participants to start a discussion, share their own experiences and problems. During the conference, we will meet specialists from Poland and abroad.
The conference is addressed to all employees of the IT industry, but we especially invite managers, team leaders and all those for whom it is important to work with people and not only with their skills.
